The Problem
A language academy was managing enrolment in spreadsheets, distributing materials by email and messaging, and tracking progress in each teacher's own notes. Students at the same level received different material depending on who taught them, and the office could not see who had fallen behind.
The Workflow
A student enrols on a course at a level, is assigned to a class with a schedule, receives lessons and materials, submits homework, is assessed, and progresses to the next level. Payment is tied to enrolment.

Result
